Digital-Only Delivery

W3Industry itself does not manufacture, stock, or physically ship any goods — we do not operate any warehouse, courier, or logistics service. The W3AI Collective Studio, AI tools, and digital auction purchases are delivered entirely digitally via email or your online account on w3industry.com. The one exception is physical artwork listed on the Art Auction: when a listing is marked "Physical Artwork Included," the original physical piece is packaged and shipped directly by the seller, not by W3Industry. Section 5 below explains exactly how that works.
1. Digital Delivery — Standard
For all digital products and services, delivery occurs as follows:
- Art Minting (W3AI Collective Studio): On-chain minting begins immediately after payment verification by Razorpay. The transaction hash, token ID, and certificate are available in your dashboard within 2–10 minutes depending on blockchain network conditions. A confirmation email is sent automatically upon success.
- AI-Generated Images: Delivered in-browser within seconds of generation. Images are also stored in your account dashboard for later access.
- Auction Purchase (Digital): The ERC-721 ownership token is transferred on-chain to the winning bidder's wallet within 2–5 minutes of payment capture. Transfer confirmation and transaction hash are sent by email and visible in your dashboard.
- Auction Purchase (Physical Artwork): The digital ownership certificate is transferred on-chain immediately. Physical delivery is handled by the seller per their stated shipping terms. Raise any physical delivery disputes within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
2. Email Delivery
Transactional emails — including order confirmations, minting success notifications, and access credentials — are sent to your registered email address within 15 minutes of a successful transaction. If you do not receive an email within this window:
- Check your spam or junk mail folder.
- Verify the email address registered on your account in your dashboard.
- If still missing after 1 hour, contact us at info@w3industry.com with your order ID.
3. Blockchain Delivery Conditions
Art Minting involves writing data to a public blockchain network. Delivery of the on-chain record is subject to:
- Blockchain network availability and congestion — during high-traffic periods, confirmation may take longer than usual.
- The validity of the wallet address provided by the user at checkout. W3Industry is not responsible for failed delivery to an incorrect or incompatible wallet address.
- Third-party RPC (node) provider availability (e.g., Alchemy). In the event of provider outage, minting will be retried automatically up to 3 times before we notify you.
4. Failed or Delayed Delivery
If a service or product is not delivered within the timelines stated above due to a technical issue on our platform:
- Email info@w3industry.com with subject: "Delivery Issue – [Order ID]"
- Include your registered email, order/payment ID, and a description of the issue.
- We will investigate and resolve within 2 business days. Where delivery cannot be completed, a full refund will be issued.
5. Physical Artwork — Seller-Fulfilled Shipping
For digital-only products and services (Art Minting, AI generation, digital auction purchases), there is no physical shipping involved — any shipping fields shown in a payment gateway interface for these purchases are not applicable and can be disregarded.
For auction listings marked "📦 Physical Artwork Included," the following applies instead:
- The seller — not W3Industry — packages and ships the physical piece directly to the buyer's address.
- Shipping cost, estimated dispatch window, and delivery region are set by the seller and shown in the listing's shipping note. Review this before purchasing.
- W3Industry's role for these orders is limited to processing payment and transferring the digital blockchain ownership certificate — it does not pack, courier, or warehouse any physical item.
- If the seller does not dispatch the item within their stated shipping window, you are entitled to raise a dispute and receive a full refund under our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
- Disputes over a physical item's condition or its match to the listing description must be raised within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
6. Service Availability
Our platform operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Planned maintenance windows, if any, will be announced in advance via our website. During unplanned outages, digital delivery timelines may be extended. We will notify affected customers by email.
7. Policy Changes
This policy may be updated periodically. Changes take effect upon posting to this page. We encourage you to review this policy before each purchase.
