The W3Industry Art Auction is a platform for bidding on and selling verified digital art from creators worldwide. Every artwork listed carries an ERC-721 blockchain ownership certificate on Polygon. When a bidder wins and completes payment, the token is transferred directly to their wallet on-chain — the ownership change is permanent and verifiable.

First, your artwork must be minted on the W3AI Collective Studio (blockchain certified). Once minted, go to your dashboard, find the artwork, and click "List for Sale." Set a starting price in $, an optional reserve price, and an auction duration, add a title, description, and category, then publish. Your listing appears on the public auction instantly.

W3Industry charges a 10% platform commission on each sale. Sellers receive 90% of the winning bid, settled monthly to their bank account. Example: a $100 winning bid → seller receives $90 (INR equivalent).

Right after payment is confirmed, the artwork's ownership certificate is automatically transferred from the seller's wallet to the winning bidder's wallet on the blockchain — usually within a few minutes. You'll get an email confirming the transfer, with a link to verify it.

You need a Polygon-compatible wallet address to receive the ownership certificate: MetaMask, Trust Wallet, Coinbase Wallet, or JioSphere Wallet all work. You do not need to pay in cryptocurrency — new auctions are paid via PayPal in USD once you win (a few older fixed-price listings still accept UPI), and the NFT is delivered to your wallet.

Yes. Sellers can mark a listing as "Physical Artwork" — meaning the winning bidder receives both the blockchain ownership certificate AND the physical artwork shipped to their address. Sellers set their own shipping terms and delivery window. W3Industry facilitates the payment and digital transfer; physical delivery is the seller's responsibility.

The W3AI Collective Studio is an AI-powered creation and certification tool. You describe an idea, AI generates unique artwork, and you can certify your creation permanently on the Polygon blockchain as a verifiable digital certificate of authenticity.

Just $9.99 USD per record. This covers the blockchain transaction (minting) on Polygon and permanently records your ownership on-chain. You receive a downloadable certificate of authenticity.

Any Polygon-compatible wallet works: MetaMask, Trust Wallet, or Coinbase Wallet are recommended for full visibility and control. Jio Wallet addresses can.

Yes. Use the paperclip icon in the studio to upload your own file. Supported formats: JPG, PNG, WEBP, GIF (min 300×300px), MP4, MP3, WAV, GLB/GLTF. Your uploaded artwork will be validated and certified exactly like AI-generated pieces.

We use the Polygon (MATIC) blockchain - a fast, low-cost, and environmentally friendly Ethereum Layer-2 network. Once certified, your ownership record is immutable and permanent. You can verify it anytime on Polygonscan.

NFTs are classified as Virtual Digital Assets (VDAs) under Indian tax law. Under Section 115BBH of the Income Tax Act, 1961, gains from the transfer of VDAs are taxed at a flat rate of 30% (plus applicable surcharge and cess). A 1% TDS is also deducted at source on transfers above the prescribed threshold. There is a per-request character limit to ensure fair usage, but there are no daily caps or subscription walls. For very large documents, we recommend splitting them into sections for best results.

Blockchain minting and auction purchases are non-refundable once the on-chain transaction is initiated — blockchain transactions are irreversible. If payment was charged but a technical failure on our side prevented delivery, you are entitled to a full refund or free re-mint. Raise disputes within 48 hours with your Order ID.
